Cordage Necklaces - May 31st

Transform loved fabrics into meaningful necklaces. Saturday, May 31st, 12:00 pm-2:00 pm Pacific Time

Live and Online, Zoom - California Time

Learn the ancient art of making cordage by turning fabrics in your life into lengths of cord that can be worn as a necklace, at hatband or draped as a garland. This class is great for those new to cordage or needing a refresher. Most fabrics are willing to become cordage but for this class we will focus on light weight wovens such as a button down shirt, a blouse or thin handkerchief. You will learn how to add beads and make a simple yet unique and strong cord. I first began making cordage with fabrics that were special to my family. Cordage is a wonderful way to honor those we love. A materials list will be sent out after registration in a welcome email. Happy that you can join me!

Community classes are limited to twenty participants and are by donation, no one turned away for lack of funds. Suggested donation of $25-$65 gratefully accepted at time of class. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you!
